Everything you need to know about pro stock gear, ordering, shipping, and our gear cleaning service.
Pro stock equipment is gear that was built specifically for professional or elite-level hockey players — either for an NHL team, AHL team, or top-level prospect. It's manufactured to the same or higher specs as retail gear, but built to a player's personal preferences.
That means you may see custom flex, curve, blade patterns, or graphics that differ from what's on store shelves. Some sticks are "dressed" — meaning they wear one brand's graphics but are built to a different spec underneath.
In most cases, pro stock gear is actually built to a higher standard than retail. Manufacturers prioritize quality control for pro orders since these players depend on their equipment at the highest level of the game.
The tradeoff is that pro stock gear is sold as-is — without a manufacturer warranty — and specs may vary slightly from stick to stick.
No. Pro stock sticks are sold as-is without a manufacturer warranty. This is standard across all pro stock sellers — the gear was never intended for retail sale, so manufacturer warranties do not apply.
If you have any concerns about a specific item you received from us, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
A "dressed" stick has graphics from one model applied to a stick that was actually built to different specs. For example, a stick may be wrapped in Jetspeed FT6 Pro graphics but built as a custom player spec or a different construction entirely.
We always note when a stick is dressed in the product description so you know exactly what you're getting.
Many pro stock sticks are pulled directly from team inventories or player orders, so they may include a player's name, number, or personalized spec markings. This is part of what makes them authentic and unique — it's a feature, not a flaw.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and interested in placing an order, contact us and we'll see what we can work out.
Because pro stock gear is sold as-is without warranty, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Fresh Clean is our ozone (O₃) gear cleaning service that eliminates odors and sanitizes your hockey equipment naturally — no chemicals, sprays, or fragrances. It kills up to 99.99% of germs and bacteria in the interior of the gear, not just the surface.
It dries and sanitizes your gear at the same time, so you get it back fresh and ready to play.
Gear cleaning is $29 per full set of gear. Walk-ins are welcome at our location inside Skillz Hockey Center in Scottsdale, but we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

Washing gear with water and detergent cleans the surface but doesn't fully reach inside foam padding and interior layers where bacteria and odor live. Ozone gas penetrates deep into the gear, eliminating odor at the source rather than masking it.
It's also much safer for the structural integrity of your equipment — no soaking, no stretching, no drying time issues.
