Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation

We strive for accuracy in all product listings, including pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing pricing or listing errors, even after your order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If canceled, you will receive a full refund immediately.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those impacted by system glitches, stock errors, limited availability, or potential fraud concerns.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
