• Condition – Gear is listed as new or used per the description above. New pro stock may still show minor scuffs or marks from team travel bags, this is not valid for return. Anything major will be noted with a picture referenced.
• Sizing – Pro stock gear can run differently than standard retail sizing. Questions, please email us at info@districthockeyhq.com if you need help before purchasing.
• Returns – Unused gear: 30 days from delivery, buyer covers return shipping. Used gear: 72-hour window from delivery, buyer covers return shipping. Item must come back in the same condition it was shipped.
• Shipping – Ships within 48 hours (next business day on weekends/holidays). Typical delivery is 2–7 days. For tracking updates, please contact the courier directly. Tracking number will automatically be sent to you.
• No Manufacturer Warranty – Pro stock gear is sold as-is. They do not come with a manufacturer warranty since they are custom made for the pro team.
